New IT sessions available for Smartline participants

Due to the success of the previous IT and Tablet training sessions, new sessions have been setup in Camborne and Redruth. The sessions will be run by Switch, a local community interest company, and attendees are encouraged to bring their tablet / laptop with them.

Among those taking part in previous training session are Keith and Shirley Roberts. While Shirley already knew some of the basics, Keith was, by his own admission, a complete beginner. Both now feel more confident in their IT skills and are looking forward to building on them in the future.

If you would like to refresh your IT abilities or learn new skills then please join one of our future sessions. Details of the sessions are listed below, each session will be two hours long and refreshments will be provided for attendees:

April 10th 2019 10-12pm. Switch community Ltd, 1 Wesley Street, Camborne. Parking at Tesco across the road. 8 spaces available. Limited disabled access.

April 11th 2019 12-2pm. Heartlands Pool, Robinson’s Shaft Dudnance Lane, Redruth TR15 3QY. Copper Room. 12 spaces available. Accessible for all.

April 17th 2019 2-4pm. Redruth Community Centre Foundry Row, Redruth TR15 1AN. 12 spaces available. Accessible for all.
